Fundraising Campaign

For African Subud members to join the World Subud Council meeting in Africa

African WSC meeting 2027

This will be the first time ever that the WSC meets on the African continent!

Testing at our last WSC meeting in Kalimantan showed that, for the growth and development of Subud in the world, South Africa is the right place to hold our next WSC meeting.

We are aware that members in African countries live in very challenging circumstances, which leaves them mostly cut off from the international Subud community.

While council members from all over the world meet in Africa, we would like as many African delegates as possible to join us, so they can experience something beyond their everyday Subud life. We will do daily latihans together and invite them to actively participate in the meetings.

26 South Bush Boho Hotel
The 26 South Bush Boho Hotel will be the venue for this event, which will take place in May 2027.

Please support our delegates from Africa!

The average cost to come to Johannesburg will be $2,000 per person.

We aim to raise up to $40,000 to sponsor twenty or more members, some of whom will pay part of their costs themselves.

Please send your generous donation to the selected designation “African WSC meeting 2027” on the donate page of www.subud.org.
